Content (Theory on Structure, Primacy/Recently Effect , INTRO model & FISH, Attention Management)

Non-verbal Communication (Voice, Eye contact, Body Posture, Face, Hands and feet)

Nerve/Anxiety Management (What is it and what can you do about it)

Media and Visual aids Usage (if applicable: PP, microphone, screens etc)

This workshop will take you out of your daily train of thoughts and let you look at your life path from a different point of view and possibly giving you some direction as to where you would like to be headed soon.

Most of us want to do things to make ourselves feel better. The problem is that we choose to do the wrong stuff. When times get tough, we tend to pick the things we think will help and recharge us, but actually don’t or even make it worse. There are better, more evidence-based ways to cope!
