With more than 15 years of experience as a trainer and a coach In-Company and Private, I’m specialized and certified in various training and coaching techniques, which will bring you quickly and easily to the core of your challenges.
I help you achieve a deeper and more profound understanding of your direction in life, in line with your Core Values and Life Purpose.
Coaching and training is all about focusing time and energy on your own growth. It’s about you as a whole person: your values, goals, work, balance, fulfillment, and life purpose.
I am passionate about supporting you to extend your reach. My ultimate goal is to help you create more freedom of choice and to give you tools for self-management, so you can live a fulfilled, purposeful and balanced life.
Because of my background I am ‘jack of all trades’. Born in poverty to a Dutch mother and Spanish father, who soon after divorced, I grew up in the back neighborhoods of Amsterdam, living on Welfare.
Outgrowing Skid Row quickly, fueled by determination and passion I got my Master’s degree in Communication and Information Sciences at the University of Groningen in 2003. Since then I have had various appointments in the Communications sector, home and abroad.
I have personal and professional life experience in various countries and parts of society, with their many different and sometimes difficult social and economic aspects.
I became a certified trainer in 2007 and worked for more than 15 years at various universities and companies in the Netherlands as a skills-trainer, giving workshops like presentation skills, choosing in life (Bachelor/Master), study skills and ‘Find your Dreamjob’.
For the past decade I have specialized myself in 1-on-1 coaching and have successfully completed certification in Co-Active Coaching, Voice Dialogue techniques and Systemic Coaching and Counseling.
I speak Dutch, English and Spanish fluently. My free time I spend passionately with my three children and husband. I also love to dance and am an unstoppable traveler.
